How does the nourishment influence the quality of hair, nails and skin?
The essence of hair and nails is keratin, a protein consisting of amino-acids. Amino-acids containing sulphur (cystein and methionin) are then the most significant ones to give strength to hair and nails. Keratin develops in special hair-sac and nail-bed cells – keratinocytes – whose principal function is to regenerate hair, nails and skin. Keratinocytes rank among quickly dividing cells and that is why they are highly sensitive to the deficiency of nutritional components, especially vitamins and minerals. An aggravated quality of hair, nails and skin is just the consequence of the deficiency of these substances.
How does GS Eladen operate?
GS Eladen contains a special combination of amino-acids, vitamins and minerals – the Keratine Activating Formula® – which encourages the metabolism of keratenocytes. Nourishing hair, skin and nails from inside the organism it contributes to their quality and excellent appearance.
- Cystin and methionin are the most essential sources of amino-acids for the creation of keratin. They strengthen and firm hair, nails and skin, improve their structure and increase resistance.
- Horse-tail extract is a valuable source of silicon. It has a favourable effect on hair skin and helps to maintain firm and flexible condition of nails; it encourages their growth and prevents from fraying and breaking.
- Biotine is indispensable to proper activity of keratinocytes, cells that answer for regeneration of the skin, hair and nails.
